Erin’s Lavender Foaming Handsoap

Did you know there are many toxins and chemicals in your hand soap like triclosan and even parabens? I decided to try and make my own foaming hand soap and I LOVE the results. This foaming hand soap will have you forgetting about any other soap. I use olive oil for softer hands and vitamin E for a healing aspect. Essential oils are optional but I prefer using thieves oil for the antibacterial, anti fungal, and antiviral properties it contains. I hope you enjoy this hand soap recipe.

  • 1/3 Cup Lavender Liquid Castille Soap-I get mine here
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive oil (for soft hands)
  • 5 capsules Vitamin E
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water (filter or warm)
  • 5-7 Drops of Essential Oil of choice (optional: I used thieves here)

Add all ingredients except water to your foaming hand soap dispenser. Itshould go up to the soap line on the bottom of the dispenser. Add water to the water line on your dispenser. Place pump on tightly and gently shake to incorporate all ingredients. Enjoy!
