Erin’s Detox Bath

1 cup Epsom salts

1 cup Baking soda

Essential Oils (10-20 drops)

Directions:

Put the salts and baking soda in a cup, add the essential oils and mix throughly. Fill a tub up with warm water then add the epsom salt mix into the tub. Enjoy the bath for 20-30 minutes. I cut the ingredients in half for babies and kids.

Benefits of this Bath

Epsom Salts-Many people are deficient in magnesium. The best way to abosrb this special mineral is through the skin. What better way to do that then taking a nice relaxing bath. Essential Oils- Essential oils are a great addition to any bath. The benefits are amazing for immune support, relaxation, stress reduction, skin health, sleep, and so much more.
